  • STOCK Shipments: 0-2 business days from purchase.
  • JAPAN STOCK Shipments: Up to 6 business weeks from purchase.
  • PRE-ORDER Shipments: Up to 6 business weeks after release.

5. Shipment Tracking

All orders include a tracking number that will be provided by email once the shipment is made within the indicated times depending on Stock, Japan Stock, or Pre-order. You can use this number to track your order through the corresponding carrier's website.

6. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order cost or shipping fees.
